    Ordering

    Custom Orders: Custom jewelry orders are non-refundable, and changes can only be made before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.

    Pricing: All prices on our website are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final, and any subsequent changes will not affect your order.

    Custom Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry, including personalised or engraved items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
