At Frigus Jewelry, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Our goal is to ensure that each customer receives a product that meets both emotional and quality expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please be advised of the following conditions applicable to all returns:

  • A restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the total order value will be applied and deducted from the final refund amount.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation provided at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations

For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order after placing it, we recommend contacting us immediately due to the personalized nature of our jewelry pieces.

  • Cancellation requests for such orders will incur a fee of 15% of the total order value.
  • In cases where the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and the return policy stated above will apply instead.

Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team at frigusjewelry@gmail.com to obtain return authorization and further instructions.

  • Customers are solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly advise using a fully trackable and insured shipping service, particularly for items with a value exceeding $200.
  • Frigus Jewelry shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during the return transit process.

Exchanges

We understand the importance of finding the perfect piece and are pleased to offer exchanges where applicable.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying materials.
  • All shipping and courier costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Jewelry Policy

All custom-designed, personalized, or engraved jewelry pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under standard circumstances.

That said, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we request that you contact us promptly. Upon verification, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
