At Frigus Jewelry, we’re committed to the exceptional quality of our diamond jewelry. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all accompanying documentation.
Cancellations for Custom Orders
If you change your mind about a custom or modified order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. For cancellations requested after 48 hours, a fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Returns Shipping Instructions
Prior to returning your product, please contact us at frigusjewelry@gmail.com Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping. For items exceeding $200, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Frigus Jewelry is not responsible for lost returns sent by customers.

Custom Jewelry
Custom-designed, personalized, or engraved jewelry from Frigus Jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or repair at no cost.
