30-Day Refund Policy – Frigus Jewelry

At Frigus Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund process to ensure a confident shopping experience.

30-Day Returns Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. A 25% return fee will apply. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Only one return per order is permitted.


Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Returned with any applicable diamond or gemstone certificate(s)

To initiate a return, please email us at frigusjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Custom or Personalized Items
Custom-made, modified, or personalized items (including name or initial jewelry) are non-refundable. Each custom piece goes through a detailed approval process prior to shipment. Any post-delivery changes may result in additional labor or remake charges.

Engraved Items
Engraved jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact frigusjewelry@gmail.com for assistance and return instructions.

Custom Order Cancellations
Cancellations for custom or modified orders must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
If the order has already shipped, standard return policies apply.

Return Shipping Instructions
Please contact us before sending any return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • For items valued over $200, we strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping

  • Frigus Jewelry is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

Comparative Purchasing Policy
Comparative purchasing—ordering multiple items with the intent to keep only one—is not permitted. Orders suspected of comparative purchasing may be restricted from shipping or return to maintain fair pricing and product quality.

Rush & Express Shipping Fees

  • Rush production fees are non-refundable once production begins (typically within 24 hours)

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped from our workshop
